Present petition is arising out of interim order dated 11.03.2022 passed below Exhibit-12 by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur in H.M.P. No.01 of 2020. This Court had granted interim protection on 02.05.2022. Both the counsels have submitted that H.M.P. No.01/2020 is now kept for hearing. 3.

In view of that, by continuing the interim order, the Trial Court is directed to decide the main proceeding within a period of six months from today.
