The petition has been filed seeking direction against respondents to pass additional award, acquire house No. 105 adm. 61.20 square meters situated at village Kanchanvihira. 3.

On the last date i. e. 16.06.2016 the learned Assistant Government Pleader made a statement that, subsequently award has been passed and the petitioner has been paid the compensation amount.

In view of that, the purpose of the writ petition stands served. The writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs. Rule discharged.
