The Applicant prays for condonation of 51 days' delay caused in filing this Civil Application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition by setting aside the order of the Registrar dated 16.02.2015 by which, the Writ Petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 51 days is condoned, subject to the Applicant depositing costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) with the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of TWO WEEKS from today.

*2* 31.ca.7078.15 After the costs are deposited, the order of Registrar dated 16.02.2015 shall stand recalled. The Applicant/ Petitioner shall remove all office objections within THREE WEEKS thereafter. After removal of office objections, the petition shall be registered. In the event of non compliance of this order, the same shall stand recalled, the Registrar's order shall stand restored and then, the Civil Application shall stand dismissed.
