2] The record would reveal that the order of dismissal of complaint filed by present applicants, is already set aside by the Sessions

Against the very order of learned Judicial Magistrate F.C., the legal representatives of the complainant wish to prefer an appeal and therefore, present applications for condonation of delay as well as for grant of leave to file appeal, are preferred.

3] Mr.Gandhi, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that legal representatives of the complainant had no knowledge about the order passed by the Sessions Court in Criminal Revision. 4] In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present proceedings. Both Criminal Applications stand disposed of without any order as to costs.
