Shri. M.S. Kulkarni, the learned advocate for Respondent No. 3 informs that the order below Exhibit-19 in Land Acquisition Reference No. 1116/2015 is challenged in the present petition. He places copy of decision in Land Acquisition Reference No. 1116/2015. The same is taken on record. He submits that even before filing of petition, the Land Acquisition Reference No. 1116/2015 is decided. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition. The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
