We have heard Mr. Ansari, learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for the respondents.

The Respondents / State has placed on record the Panchanama showing that the vehicle has been seized by the Circle Officer and the Talathi. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has a remedy of appeal.

In view of that, liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal.

If the petitioner files an appeal, then the Appellate Authority shall consider the application of the petitioner for release of vehicle preferably within a period of thirty (30) day's from the date of filing appeal before it.
