The following order would meet the ends of justice. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% amount by furnishing bank guarantee. So far as remaining 25% amount is concerned, the same be kept in fixed deposit initially for a period of three years in any Nationalized bank. The fixed deposit thereafter be renewed from time to time. 3.
