Since the delay is condoned and the first appeal is pending and the point raised is that the reference Court has enhanced the amount of compensation more than four times and for all the other points those have been raised, the first appeal needs to be considered. Under such circumstance, the application for stay is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of entire decreetal amount in this Court along with the accrued interest within a period of eight weeks from today.

In case of failure to abide by the time limit, the stay granted aforesaid would stand revoked.
