We have heard Mr. Dharurkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the learned A.G.P. for Respondents No. 1 and 2 and the learned Counsel for respondent no. 3.

In the writ petition it would not be possible to consider the validity certificate issued in favour of Respondent No. 3.

The Petitioner has already filed an Objection through her son with the Scrutiny

2 wp 9881.2021 Committee (Page No. 32). It is for the Scrutiny Committee to consider the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned. The Scrutiny Committee shall take decision as to whether the Objection of the Petitioner is to be entertained preferably, within a period of three (03) months, after hearing all parties concerned and then may take further appropriate steps.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
