Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. When the matter is called out, no one turn-up on behalf of the respondents. Perused the application. 2.

It has been submitted that in the year 2017, the applicants have withdrawn the entire amount approximately Rs. 8 Lakhs out of the decretal amount deposited in this Court. The grounds mentioned in the application are not sustainable and considerable one.

2 CA 5662/18 There are no documents produced on record in respect of need of money for education purpose of the respondent No.2. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to allow the applicant for withdrawal of amount pending the appeal. Application stands dismissed.
