This is the second occasion the petitioner is praying for restoration of the writ petition. Twice the writ petition is dismissed for non removal of office objections.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", on condition that the objections shall be removed within a period of two

(02) weeks from today. Failure to remove the office objections within two (02) weeks, shall, entail dismissal of the writ petition.
