Learned Advocate for applicants submits that present appeal is at the instance of legal representatives of deceased, who was convicted for offence under Section 304 Part II of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that deceased was a public servant and that service benefits are withheld and therefore, he prays for early hearing of the appeal.
