We direct respondent No.3 to decide the application of petitioners filed under Section 28(A)(1) of the Land Acquisition (Amendment) Act, 1894 dated 1st January, 2015 and also earlier application dated 31st May, 2006, raising same grievance, if already not decided, in accordance with law and after following procedure, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of three months from today. We have not expressed any opinion on contentions raised in the application / representation on merits.
