Heard both sides. It appears that the First Appeal was preferred by the Insurance company, challenging the order passed below Exh.5 in MACP No.118/2015 by the Tribunal. That First Appeal has been finally decided and dismissed by this Court on 7th June, 2017. Thereafter, the appellant - insurance company appears to have deposited the amount as per the order passed by the learned Tribunal in this Court. Taking into consideration the appeal herein is disposed of and the main matter is pending before the learned Tribunal at Latur and the parties are from that district, it would be convenient for withdrawal of the said amount by the claimants that the subject amount be transferred to MACT, Latur.

Registrar (Judicial) to transfer the amount deposited in this matter to MACT, Latur within a period of fifteen days from today, and if not invested up till now, whatever interest accrued thereon, should also be transferred.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
