The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the non-applicants, pursuant to the decision of this Court, have deposited an amount of Rs. 3,63,856/- (Three Lakh Sixty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Six). The same are towards the back-wages. According to the learned counsel, the applicant is entitled to the said amount . The review filed by the non-applicants is also rejected. 2.

Mr. Lakhotiya the learned AGP for the respondents/State submits that the State is intending to file SLP. The proposal is under process.

The order in the writ petition is passed on 14th February, 2.2018. The review filed by the State is dismissed on 15th November, 2019.

It would not be difficult for the non-applicants to recover the amount from the applicant if the SLP is allowed as the present applicant is in service of non-applicants. It would be in nobodies interest to keep the amount idle.

In light of that, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the non-applicants in this Court. Civil application is disposed of.
