Mr. Kolhare, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the examinations of the 12th standard are postponed. As far as prayer clause 'C' is concerned, there is no document on record to substantiate that the government has taken a decision to refund the fees from the year 2017 onwards. As far as prayer clause 'B' is concerned, it is submitted that the exams of the 12th standard are postponed and as per the learned counsel for the petitioner the schedule of the exam would be declared in the last week of May. 2.

In light of that the grievance with regard to prayer clause 'B' may not survive today.

As far as prayer clause 'C' is concerned, it appears that the petition has been filed in a cavalier manner without the documents to suggest that the government has taken a decision to reimburse the examination fess of the students of 12th standard from 2017 onwards. Certainly such petition cannot be encouraged. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
