The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.3, places on record the Annexure-E, generated with regard to the National Highway No.361, Ausa - Waranga acquisition, Budhoda, Taluka Ausa. The said annexure is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that as per the award, the Petitioner has received

(( 2 )) 920-WP-7100-2022 Rs.51,04,204/-, as in 2018. Out of the remainder amount of Rs.24,83,874/-, which is granted by the Arbitrator, the Petitioner has already been paid Rs.12,54,583/-.

The learned Advocate for the Respondents submit that the Petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2021, is pending with the competent authority. The same can be dealt with within 60 days and if there is any residual payment due and payable to the Petitioner, the same shall be cleared by the authorities.
