Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in the same group, this Court has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the amount with certain conditions.

The learned A.G.P. also accepts the same. In view of this, the following order :

The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% amount by furnishing bank guarantee. 4.

The applicant shall submit affidavit of the original claimants stating therein that they have no objection to withdraw the amount by the GPA.
