This is an application for restoration of the Second Appeal which has been dismissed by virtue of the order dated 21.09.2021 on failure of the appellant to remove the office objections. 2.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the condition that was supposed to be complied with was in respect of correction in the judgment and decree wherein name of respondent No.2/1 was not appearing correctly.

The learned advocate Mr. Syed for the respondents submits that the Second Appeal may be restored and listed for admission and the correction may take place in due course of time. 4.
