The learned Advocate representing the third respondent Municipal Corporation, submits that in identical set of facts, this Court has passed an order on 06.03.2024, in Writ Petition Nos. 9010 of 2021 and 5776 of 2022. The same Municipal Corporation was the Respondent. He has instructions to say that the Municipal Corporation will treat the present Petitioners similarly as the Petitioners in the above referred two Writ Petitions. 03.
