1] Counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioners will file comprehensive proposal for approval of the 4 teachers and the Deputy Director of Education, Latur Division, Latur may be directed to decide the said proposal in accordance with the relevant rules/law, within two weeks from today. Mr. Mandar Deshmukh, Advocate h/f Mr. S.G. Chapalgaonkar, Mr. Anant Devakate appearing for Mr. Dipak Huke (who are appearing for intervenors) and respondent No.3, prayed that before any decision is taken by the Deputy Director on the fresh proposal which may be submitted by the petitioners, the Deputy Director should hear them. 2] We direct that in case petitioners file a fresh proposal within two weeks from today. respondent No.2 shall take decision on the said proposal, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 8 weeks from the
