1] This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 242 days occurred in presenting the criminal appeal. The applicants have been convicted for the offence of offence punishable u/s 302 of the Indian Penal Code and have been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life. 2] In this view of the matter, the delay occurred in presenting the appeal stands condoned. The criminal application is allowed.
