Mr. Tiwari. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3, on instructions, makes a statement that appointment letters are issued to these petitioners, except petitioner No. 8, whose disability is found to be only 30 per cent and requirement of 40 per cent. He submits that as yet petitioner No. 6 has not joined though letter has been issued to him.
