Heard. Perused the record. Without going into merits of the case, we are still inclined to exercise our discretion to release applicant No.2-Smt. Kamal Babanrao Patole, on bail, mainly because she is older of the accused. Because of her age, we are releasing her on bail.

Applicant No.2-Smt. Kamal Babanrao Patole be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one surety in like amount.
