The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. Initially, it was filed in the year 2013. The tribe certificate was obtained on the incorrect premise by the petitioner. The Committee disposed off the proceeding in December 2020. The petitioner has filed fresh proceeding after obtaining the correct tribe certificate and the same is pending with the committee.

The Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (08) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 05.05.2021.
