We have heard Mr. Tribhuvan, the learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Bedre, the learned advocate for the respondent/Municipal Council.

Mr. Bedre, the learned counsel has tendered the communication received to him from the Chief Officer, Sangamner Municipal Council. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Mr. Bedre, the learned counsel on the basis of said communication received to him submits that, the present tenders are recalled and fresh tender process would be initiated.
