This application is for transfer of the proceeding from Family Court at Latur to Family Court at Pune.

The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions of his client concedes for the transfer.

In that view of the above, I pass following order :

ORDER

a.

The application is allowed.

b.

The proceeding bearing Petition E No.71/2023 pending before the learned Family Court at Latur shall stand transferred to the learned Family Court at Pune.

c.

An endeavour be made to decide the proceedings finally as expeditiously as possible.

d.

The concern court shall transmit the papers immediately.

The parties to appear before the learned Family Court at Pune on 30th July, 2024.

f.

All the proceedings pending at a place where the applicant is residing be preferably posted on same date.
