The applicant submits that he is a physically handicapped person and seeks transfer of RCS No.513 of 2015 from the Court of the learned Civil Judge J.D. Newasa to the Court of the learned Civil Judge J.D. Rahata, in Ahmednagar District.

Since the applicant has an efficacious remedy by approaching the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, this application is disposed off. The applicant would be at liberty to approach the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar and putforth the said request on the ground of he being physically challenged. ( RAVINDRA V.
