Cr.WP 507/16 - 2 - 1] This is a petition by the prisoner lodged in Central Prison, Nashik, for his premature release. The petitioner has been categorized as Category 2(C) prisoner and is liable to undergo 26 years imprisonment. It is informed that the petitioner has completed 17 years of jail term as on 31.3.2016.

2] The proposal tendered to the State Government for his premature release has been considered by the State Government and the orders have been issued for his release after completion of 26 years of jail term. 3] In view of the decision taken by the State Government on 15.7.2011, the instant petition does not deserve consideration. The writ petition stands disposed of.
