Learned counsel for the petitioner purports to place on record a photocopy of letter dated 06-11-2017 issued to him by petitioner, whereunder leave to withdraw the Petition has been sought with liberty to approach the High Court seeking redressal of grievances, if necessary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes reference to the peculiar facts involved in the matter and present prevailing position, wherein according to him, any effective order could hardly be passed. He, thus, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with liberty, as referred to above.

In view of aforesaid, leave to withdraw the Petition. It is for the petitioner to take recourse to his contemplated grievances in accordance with law.

Writ Petition disposed of as withdrawn with observation aforesaid.

In view of aforesaid, interim relief, if any, ceases to operate.

Pending Civil Application nos. 8851 of 2011 and 59 of 2012 stand disposed of accordingly.
