Heard the learned counsel for parties. Perused impugned judgment and order dated 11th February, 2016 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar in Sessions Case No.158 of 2013. Learned counsel for Applicant submits that during trial Applicant was on bail.

Considering the short term sentence awarded against Applicant this Court is inclined to allow the application. Hence the

O R D E R

I.

Criminal Application No.2045 of 2016 is allowed. II.

Substantive sentence of imprisonment awarded against the Applicant is suspended till disposal of appeal.

III.

Applicant is released on bail on P.R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each.

IV.

Bail before the Trial Court.
