The learned Advocate for the appellant submits on instructions that that the appellant desires to withdraw this appeal with a request that the Special MCOCA Case No.57/2020, be expedited. Charge has also not been framed.

In view of the above, this appeal is disposed off, as withdrawn. We request the Special Court to frame the charge in Special MCOCA Case No.57/2020 within 30 days after the lock-down restrictions are lifted and normal hearing is commenced.
