It is an application for stay moved by the acquiring body. Heard Mr. Gadekar, learned counsel for applicant/acquiring body, Mr. Wakure, learned counsel for respondent No.1/claimant and Mr. Deshmukh, learned AGP for respondent Nos.2 and 3/State. It is revealed during course of argument that the acquiring body has deposited the entire decretal amount in this Court and complied the interim stay order passed by this Court. As such, interim stay order passed by this Court needs to be made absolute till final decision of the appeal. Hence, the following order is passed:
