Considering grievance made in the petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the Chief Officer, Municipal Council Mukhed with his written notes on 17.04.2023.

We direct the Chief Officer to decide the claim of the petitioner on the issue of vacating stay on 17.04.2023. Same shall be decided expeditiously and in any case by 31.05.2023. The writ petition is disposed of.
