Heard the learned counsel for both the sides finally. 2.

By way of this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of the proceedings of dissolution of marriage filed before Civil Judge Senior Division, Kolhapur, to Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is not possible for the applicant to attend the proceedings by travelling from Aurangabad to Kolhapur.

The learned counsel for the respondent has tendered written instructions to give consent for the transfer of the proceedings. The same is taken on record.

With the consent of the parties, Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in following terms :

i.

The Hindu Marriage Petition No. 58 of 2021 pending before Civil Judge Senior Division, Kolhapur, shall stand transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad. ii.

An endeavour be made to decide the proceedings finally within eight months.

iii.

The concern Court shall transmit the papers immediately.

iv.

The parties to appear before the Court at Aurangabad on 24th January, 2024.

v.

All the proceedings pending at a place where the applicant is residing be preferably posted on same date. [ SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J. ] Thakur-Chauhan/-
