DATE : 11.11.2019 P.C. :- We have heard Mr.Mundhe, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr.Dharurkar holding for Mr.Sonwalkar for respondents 2 and 3. 2] The petitioner is challenging order cancelling her transfer. The same is pursuant to the punishment imposed upon petitioner of stoppage of one increment.

3] The said order has not been challenged by the petitioner before the Commissioner as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad (Discipline and Appeal) Rules.

4] The petitioner is at liberty to assail the same. Depending upon the
