Statement is accepted. Appropriate steps be taken for carrying out amendment within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 2.

So far as deceased respondent No. 3 (a) is concerned, it is claimed that respondent Nos. 3 (b) and 3 (c) are his legal representatives, who are already on record. Appropriate amendment to that effect be carried out within a period of two
