We have heard Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel for respondents.

During the course of argument Mr. Thombre learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted representation to the management thereby requesting to post him in any school in Aurangabad region.

It is for the management to consider the request made by the petitioner on its own merits. The management may take decision upon the request
