Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, revision is filed by the petitioner. The same is pending since April 2015. The same is not yet decided and the respondents have issued proclamation for allotment of the fair price shop held by the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that, the revision would be decided within a period of three months from today.

Considering the above, we pass following order.

The respondents shall decide the revision filed by the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from today. 5.

The respondents may proceed with further process of proclamation pursuant to the proclamation dated 30.03.2016 Annexure E, but shall not finalize the same till the revision of the petitioner is decided. The respondents shall continue the process of finalization depending upon the judgment delivered by the revisional authority. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
