The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the appellant-acquiring body. It is to be noted here that the appellant-acquiring body has deposited only 75% of the compensation amounts.

The learned Counsel for the appellant-acquiring body has opposed the applications on the ground that the

{2} Reference Court has granted exorbitant compensation. However, it seems that the Reference Court has granted only 5 times compensation than that of SLAO. Further, the interest is also granted from the date of possession instead of date of award.

In view of the same, the respective applicants are permitted to withdraw their respective entire amounts of compensation as deposited along with interest accrued thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (J) of this Court.

Civil Applications are disposed of.

Since the appellant-acquiring body has deposited the amounts of compensation, as directed by this Court, the Civil Applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause {B} and disposed of.
