The petitioner is anxious that his case for premature release/remission is not being considered/processed. 2.

Though the representation made by the petitioner seems to be addressed to the Superintendent of Central Jail, Yerawada, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that about 15 days back he has been shifted to Harsul prison.

We dispose of the writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to make an application to the Superintendent of Harsul Prison which shall be processed by the latter, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks from the date the petitioner moves the application addressed to the Superintendent Harsul Prison, in accordance with law.
