15.1.2018 PER COURT:- 1) Heard Mr.Gulab Rajale learned counsel for the appellants and Mr.S.P.Deshmukh learned AGP for the respondent State in both the appeals.

2) In connected First Appeal Nos.80 of 2013 and 82 of 2013 arising out of the same Notification, this Court on 25.2.2013 has made the following order:- "Shri Rajale, the learned counsel submits that, this Court has dismissed the First Appeal filed against the orders passed by the Reference Court bearing First Appeal Stamp No. 26426/2011

( 2 ) 25-FA 1019 of 2015 i.e. First Appeal No.02/2013 with another connected first appeal. The lands in the said matters and the lands in the present appeals have been acquired for the same project and are part of the same notification. 2.

In the light of the order dated 12th October, 2012 passed in First Appeal Stamp 26426/2011 i.e. First Appeal No.02/2013 with another connected first appeal, present appeals are also dismissed. Sd/- [ S. V. GANGAPURWALA, J. ]"

3) For the aforesaid reasons including in particular reasons recorded in the order dated 12.10.2012 passed in FAST No.26426 of 2011 i.e. First Appeal No.2 of 2013, these appeals are also deserve to be dismissed and hereby dismissed.

4) As the appeals are dismissed, the Civil Applications, if any, do not survive and the same are also disposed of.
