He submits that the Civil Suit has been finally decided, and nothing survives in the Petition. He tenders across the bar a copy of the Decree passed in the Civil Suit. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. 2.

Learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. None for Respondent No. 3.
