Heard learned counsel for the applicant - Acquiring Body. It appears that conditional stay was granted. However, the amount of compensation could not be deposited within the stipulated time. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant - Acquiring Body seeks extension of time. He submits that the cheque of the compensation amount has been received and the same would be deposited within a period of two weeks.

The other side has no objection for depositing the amount of compensation through cheque.

In view of the same, the time to deposit the compensation amount is extended for a period of two weeks. 5.

Office to accept the cheque if it is deposited within a period of two weeks.
