The Petitioner is a 65 years old retired Headmaster. He desires that his promotion proposal dated 22nd August, 2013, pending approval, be approved. This Petition is filed on 29th March, 2023. 2.

Considering the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to look into the pending proposal of the Petitioner, if still pending, and if there is no legal impediment, the authorities would deal with the said proposal and pass an appropriate order, by following the due procedure laid down in law, within 60 days from today.
