This public interest litigation is at pre-notice stage. By this civil application, the petitioner seeks leave to present certain documents with regard to the subsequent events. 2.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The documents, proposed to be placed on record, shall be annexed to the public interest litigation with pagination in continuation. 3.

We have perused the report submitted by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, dated 03/02/2021. We are

7991.22ca (2) informed that the petitioner is a practicing Advocate of this town and resides in Aurangabad. After a brief hearing in the matter, at this stage, we do not notice ulterior motives attributable to the petitioner and the cause appears to be in public interest. 4.

Hence, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 10/08/2022. The learned Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 4.
