1) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State when this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant the relief, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, on instructions he wants to withdraw the application. So, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
2 Application 1826 of 2017 2) Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been behind the bars since last 2 years and 3 months. The case is not making progress and there is no possibility of early disposal of the case. In view of this, this Court is directing the trial Court to see that the case is expeditiously disposed of and in any case within six months from today. If the case is not disposed of within the period fixed, there will be liberty to the applicant to come to this Court again.
