Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The transfer of the Petition bearing Petition No.B02/2021, pending before the learned Family Court, Aurangabad is sought to be made to the Family Court at Jalna, where the wife is residing. The distance is hardly 60 km, an hour' s drive, which can be easily made by the husband. No circumstances are being pointed out, as to why the transfer should be refused. 3.

In view of the settled position, that the convenience of the wife has to be looked into, all other things remaining the same, the proceeding bearing No.B-02/2021, pending before the learned

966-MCA-127-2021.odt Family Court Aurangabad, is hereby transferred to the Family Court at Jalna.

The parties undertake to appear before Family Court, Jalna on 13/08/2021, before which date, the records and proceedings be transmitted, by the Family Court, Aurangabad to the Family Court, Jalna.
