The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent - State on condition of furnishing undertaking to the extent of 50% and 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial). The remaining 25% amount be kept in any nationalised Bank initially for a period of three years and thereafter as per Court's order.
