The applicant is seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company.

The appeal has already been disposed of in view of compromise between the applicant and Insurance Company. The learned Counsel for the Insurance Company has no objection for such withdrawal.
